Merry-go-round takes donated baby and children's things, checks them over, and gets them back out to families across Glasgow who need them. On a team day your group works alongside our staff and volunteers on the jobs that keep that moving.

Quality checking, sizing and sorting donations, and making up Carousel packs that go out to families through our partner agencies.
With our events team
Helping set up and run an event, if we have one on while you're with us.
Something for everyone
Tasks vary, so there's something that suits whoever you bring and whatever they're comfortable doing.

- What happens next Choosing a date below sends us a request, not a confirmed booking. We'll check it against what's happening here and come back to you within five working days.
- How long Most teams do a full day, 10am to 4pm with an hour for lunch, or a half day, 10am to 1pm or 1pm to 4pm. We can be flexible if something else suits you better, just ask using the form at the bottom of this page.
- Group size Up to 15 people.
- Where Our sorting hub, 108 Kilmarnock Road, inside Shawlands Arcade, Glasgow G41 3NN. This is not our shop on Nithsdale Road.
- What to wear Something comfortable, and layers in winter, the hub can get chilly.
- Access There is no step-free access to the hub, so unfortunately we are not able to host anyone who cannot manage stairs.
